As this has been a long awaited ordeal, we're finally getting the ball rolling.
We had advertised this some time ago, and obstacle after obstacle we (Otis - to be truthful) have pushed this much needed project behind. We apologize for the delay and we're excited to keep moving on in a positive way. We have purchased the equipment to get this up and running and it'll be a trial and error process before we get the product to you. Yeah, not to hard to screw up a pizza, but it's the ingredients and cost we need to focus on so we can sell you a reasonably priced pie. We hope to have this up and going sometime in October.
Also in October you will notice a change in some of our regular menu prices due to the reality of higher food costs. We're sure you've noticed this as well. Beef prices from a year ago have increased nearly 32% +/- as well as cheese coming in at 25% +/- just this year alone. Vegetables are all over the board and this affects everyone, including you and our bottom line. Some items will be removed and possibly some added. Your input is surely welcome and encouraged. "We patty our own fresh never frozen burgers at 7 oz. We have decided to raise the bar by 1.66 ounces to make your burgers at 7 oz. before cooking. We have also added a new seasoning that we have crafted to add more flavor to your fresh burger. We will still have the 1/4 lb. burger for kids and will eliminate the 1/2 lb. burger all together. You can still get the double burger, but you damn well better be hungry!!!! This is a MONSTER."
